As Facebook and Messenger are both Meta platforms and both of these platforms are attached so that you may need to share Facebook reels in Messenger. But there is not a direct option which can make you able to share reels from Facebook to Messenger by just one click. You can share them on messenger by following these steps:

• You need to open your Facebook profile
• Go to the reels section and select a reel to share on Messenger

• Click on the “Share” option that will be located in the right bottom section

• Click on the “More options”. It will show you all options to share reels

• Tap on the “Messenger” icon
• Click on the “Send” option located in front of a Messenger user’s name. It will send the link of your Facebook reel to the desired destination on Facebook Messenger.

This is the way you can share reels on messenger but you will be able to share reel to a single user in messenger as this option does not support bulk sharing. To share reels to multiple users on messenger you will have to repeat the process again and again. 

Sharing Facebook reels on messenger not working

If you are having trouble in sharing your Facebook reels on messenger then you need to make sure that the “Share” button is enabled or not. 

If the share button is not showing then: click on three dots >> Edit Privacy >> Public. Now you will get your share option back.

If the problem remains then make sure to install the Messenger app on your phone and set up its account because the messenger option will appear in the share option only if you have installed a messenger app on your phone.
